Job summary

Cambridge Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled clinical care across sub-acute and long-term residents. The role includes monitoring patient conditions, following individualized care plans, and ensuring documentation aligns with physician orders and regulatory standards.

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN options with shifts from 7 AM–3 PM, 3 PM–11 PM, and 11 PM–7 AM; same-day pay is available.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Minimum of 1 year in sub-acute or long-term care preferred.
• Experience with PCC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per physician plan and written care plan.
• Follow care plans set by Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per POC.
• Monitor residents and report changes to clinical team.
• Maintain accurate documentation per orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for quality care.
• Ensure infection control, safety, and nursing regulations compliance.

Overview

Join our team at Cambridge Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as an RN. Proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services.

Full-Time, Part-time and PRN opportunities available. Shifts: 7 AM - 3 PM, 3 PM - 11 PM, 11 PM - 7 AM. Same Day Pay Available. $37 - $42 per hour (all inclusive).

Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering skilled clinical care, monitoring resident conditions, and ensuring all care is provided in accordance with established standards and individualized care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of New Jersey.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sub-acute and/or long-term care setting preferred.
• Experience in Point Click Care (PCC) preferred.
