Job summary

Concordia Visiting Nurses is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate home health care to patients in Monroeville and surrounding areas. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with potential for alternative schedules, including some weekends and evenings.

New higher rates up to $55.00 per hour, with compensation based on experience and visits completed weekly. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 403(b) plan with employer match.

Qualifications

• Graduate of state-approved school with course in pharmacology.
• Reliable, independent transportation to make home visits; valid driver's license and vehicle insurance as required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans with physicians, patients, and families.
• Provide treatments including IV starts, chest tube management, and wound care.
• Educate patients and families on managing health conditions and practicing self-care.
• Monitor patient conditions using clinical assessment skills and identify changes.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE Registered Nurse RN position:
