Job summary

Mobile Rehab and Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the 7pm-7am shift as RN Charge Nurse. You will oversee nursing staff, ensure high-quality care for residents, and provide compassionate supervision in a long-term care setting.

The role requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and solid assessment skills. Valid AL RN license and CPR are required; long-term care experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Alabama.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Experience in long-term care/pediatric settings is a plus.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers and records medications and treatments.
• Observes and reports vital signs and general condition.
• Supervises nursing staff including LPNs and CNAs.
• Coordinates with healthcare providers to address medical concerns.
• Performs other job-related duties as required.

Mobile Rehab and Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse for the 7pm-7am Shift. As a RN Charge Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. This position requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for providing compassionate care to the elderly population.

Registered Nurse Key Duties

• Administers and records medications and treatments.
• Observes and reports patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individuals.
• Manage and supervise nursing staff including LPN’s, and CNA’s, to ensure the delivery of excellent resident care.
• Monitor resident health and well-being, and coordinate with healthcare providers to address medical concerns.
• Perform other job-related duties as they become required.

Registered Nurse RN Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of AL.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in long-term care or a related setting a plus.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
