Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking an RN for PRN/part-time/full-time placements across South Dakota markets. You will provide high-quality patient care in long-term care facilities and assisted living settings, with flexible shifts including days, evenings, nights.

Qualified RNs with SD license or multi-state eligibility are encouraged to apply. We offer competitive hourly pay and 24/7 on-call support from Interim HealthCare staff.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in SD or multi-state eligibility.
• Current qualifications and certifications per SD board.
• Experience in long-term care or acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• PRN and/or contract staffing in long-term care or assisted living settings.
• Examine patients, assess conditions and report changes to physicians.
• Administer medications, operate medical equipment, maintain safety.
• Check vitals and monitor for changes requiring care adjustments.

• 24/7 contact with on-call staff member within Interim HealthCare

Registered Nurse (RN) job duties may include:

• PRN and/or Contract Staffing in Long-Term Care Facilities, and/or Assisted Living Settings
• Examine patients, conduct assessments, document condition and report changes to physician
• Review, interpret, transcribe and carry out physician orders for patients
• Administer medication, operate medical equipment and maintain a safe environment

• Check vitals
• Observe patient for issues requiring a change in care, medication or medical equipment

Registered Nurse (RN) qualifications:

• ActiveRegistered Nurse (RN)license within South Dakota, or reciprocity/multi-state eligibility
• Maintains required certification/qualifications and associated standards
• Registered Nurse (RN) experiencehighlypreferred
• Must be 18 years of age
