Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking Registered Nurses to fill PRN, part-time or full-time contract positions in South Dakota, including Aberdeen and surrounding areas. RNs will assess patients, administer medications, monitor vitals, and report changes to physicians while enjoying flexible shift options (Days, Evenings, Nights) and weekly pay.

Qualified candidates hold an active RN license in SD or multi-state eligibility, are 18+, and committed to compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in South Dakota or multi-state eligibility.
• Maintains required certifications and standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and document condition; report changes to physician.
• Review, transcribe and carry out physician orders.

• Shift options of DAYS / EVES / NOC, 8 HOUR SHIFTS / 10 HOUR SHIFTS / 12 HOUR SHIFTS
• 24/7 contact with on-call staff member within Interim HealthCare
• Health Insurance (1 year full-time status and other stipulations apply)

Registered Nurse (RN) job duties may include:

• PRN and/or Contract Staffing in Long-Term Care Facilities, and/or Assisted Living Settings
• Examine patients, conduct assessments, document condition and report changes to physician
• Review, interpret, transcribe and carry out physician orders for patients
• Administer medication, operate medical equipment and maintain a safe environment

• Check vitals
• Observe patient for issues requiring a change in care, medication or medical equipment

Registered Nurse (RN) qualifications:

• ActiveRegistered Nurse (RN)license withinSouth Dakota, or reciprocity/multi-state eligibility
• Maintains required certification/qualifications and associated standards
• Registered Nurse (RN) experience highlypreferred
• Must be 18 years of age
