Job summary

Resolution Think LLC. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide clinical and quality oversight for our Referral Management Center team supporting Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs).

The RN will oversee referral management operations, quality standards, reporting, and assigned staff. The role requires active RN licensure in the US, BSN preferred, BLS certification, and at least three years of nursing experience including referral management.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current, active, unrestricted RN license in any US state, DC, or US territory.
• Current Basic Life Support certification (AHA or Red Cross).
• Three years of registered nursing experience, including at least one year in referral management, utilization management, case management, quality management, or ambulatory care.

Key Duties:

• Provide clinical and quality oversight for assigned MTF locations and serve as the primary contractor point of contact.
• Monitor performance and data quality and implement improvement plans as needed.
• Prepare and submit monthly performance and quality reports.
• Address patient and MTF complaints and performance concerns within established timeframes.
• Provide training to MTF clinical staff on referral processes, quality, and timeliness requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• US Citizen
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current, active, unrestricted RN license issued by any U.S. state, the District of Columbia, or a U.S. territory.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable background investigation, a Common Access Card, and MTF-specific badge and system access.
• Current Basic Life Support certification (AHA or Red Cross)
• Three years of registered nursing experience, including at least one year in referral management, utilization management, case management, quality management, or ambulatory care. Prior supervisory, team lead, or quality oversight experience preferred.

Professional Certification(s):

• RN License | BLS

Formal Education:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.

Years of Professional Experience:

Three years of registered nursing experience including at least one year in referral management, utilization management, case management, quality management, or ambulatory care.
