Heritage Care & Rehabilitation Center in Mason City, IA is seeking a qualified RN to join our compassionate team on 1st, 2nd, and PRN 3rd shifts. The nurse will oversee unit activities, guide clinical staff, and uphold infection prevention standards in a high-quality skilled nursing environment.

Applicants should hold an active Iowa RN license with prior SNF experience preferred and a commitment to resident-centered care and teamwork.

As a staff nurse you are instrumental in managing operations of your assigned unit. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Heritage Care & Rehabilitation Center by assisting with supervising the activities of all clinical staff on your assigned unit, providing guidance and education to clinical staff, assisting with instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, ensuring established infection prevention practices are maintained and ensuring adequate staffing for our resident’s needs. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of care.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Iowa (or compact state) Registered Nurse (R.N.) license; experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable.
