Job summary

Laurel Brook Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Iowa is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate team on multiple shifts, including 7 AM-3 PM, 3 PM-11 PM, and 11 PM-7 AM. We offer daily pay and flexible full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities, with competitive hourly wages ($37.00-$46.00 all-inclusive).

Under Marquis Health Consulting Services support, the RN will deliver skilled clinical care, monitor resident conditions, administer medications, and document care

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license to practice in the state of New Jersey.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per nursing practice standards and written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care.
• Monitor residents’ conditions; report changes to clinical team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per physician orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Ensure infection control, safety standards, and nursing regulations compliance.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of New Jersey.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
