Ciena Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to lead and coordinate resident care on assigned shifts, ensuring quality and safety in accordance with standards. The RN will supervise LPNs, CNAs, and other staff, while assessing and updating care plans for residents.
Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience in long-term or sub-acute care is preferred. Current RN license and CPR certification are required to practice in the state.

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing, overseeing, and coordinating the delivery of resident care during assigned shifts in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing the facility. The RN is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating resident care plans while ensuring the highest degree of quality care and safety. The RN supervises and supports licensed practical nurses (LPNs), certified nursing assistants (CNAs), and other team members to ensure continuity of care and serves as a key resource for residents, families, and staff.
