Position Type:

Full-time day and night shift & Part-time/PRN 7a-7p

RN Responsibilities:

Additional responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Coordinate with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Prepare and administer medications, record treatments, and report adverse reactions.
• Record patient information and vital signs.
• Monitor and adjust specialized equipment, interpret electronic displays.
• Initiate corrective actions for adverse symptoms.
• Provide bedside care, change dressings, insert catheters, start IVs.
• Assist physicians during examinations and treatments.
• Respond to life-saving situations per standards and protocols.
• Participate in discharge planning.
• Utilize effective time management skills.
• Accurately record all care information promptly and properly.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on the setting.

RN Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state.
• Up-to-date first aid and CPR certifications.
• At least one year of RN experience in a Long Term Care setting (preferred).
• Knowledge of Matrixcare (preferred).
