Marlora Post Acute Rehabilitation Hospital in Long Beach, CA is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor patients, and help develop individualized care plans to support recovery.

The role requires a CA RN license, graduation from an accredited program, and at least 1 year of experience in skilled nursing, acute care, or inpatient rehab.

Formación

• Valid and current RN license in California.

Responsabilidades

Join our dedicated team at Marlora Post Acute Rehabilitation Hospital, where we provide comprehensive and effective care to our patients. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a vital role in our team, ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality care and treatment.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Marlora Post Acute Rehabilitation Hospital, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to our patients, including administering medications and treatments, monitoring vital signs, and assessing and documenting changes in their condition. You will also develop and implement individualized care plans based on our patients' needs and goals, coordinate care with other healthcare team members, and ensure that all documentation and charting are accurate, complete, and current. We have full-time and part-time RN positions available on all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients, including administering medications and treatments, monitoring vital signs, and assessing and documenting changes in their condition.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patients' needs and goals.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare team members, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Valid and current RN license in the state of California
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Minimum of 1-year experience in a skilled nursing facility, acute care setting, in-patient rehabilitation, or in-patient behavioral health setting
• Strong clinical skills, including assessment, planning, and implementation of nursing care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
