The Arcadia Care is opening soon and seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality patient care in a collaborative, team-based setting in Lincoln, IL.

The RN will assess residents, coordinate care plans with the care team, and supervise CNAs to ensure safety and compliance with IDPH/CMS regulations.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Registered Nurse license.
• Long Term Care (LTC) experience preferred.
• Strong, effective communication.
• Exemplary leadership skills.
