The ideal candidate holds an RN license in Kentucky or a work permit, with a nursing degree from an accredited program, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications as required by the department.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure or work permit in Kentucky.
• Bachelor's or associate degree in nursing from an accredited college/university.
• Basic life support (BLS) must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS/PALS/NRP and dysrhythmia class as required by department.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, nursing rounds, assessments and treatments.
• Facilitate admission, transfer and discharge activities.
• Deliver patient and family-centered education and care coordination.
• Develop individualized treatment planning and collaborate with the team.
