Job summary

Ramp Health is seeking a dedicated full-time Nurse to support employee health and safety in a dynamic workplace. The role includes conducting health screenings, coordinating care for injuries, and promoting wellness programs.

You will collaborate with HR and safety teams to maintain a healthy environment and ensure regulatory compliance. Qualified candidates hold a Virginia RN license, have 2 years of Family/General/Occupational Health experience, and can develop personalized care plans.

Qualifications

  • Valid Virginia RN license required.
  • 2 years of experience in Family/General/Occupational Health.
  • Strong knowledge of disability management and return-to-work protocols.
  • Ability to develop and implement personalized care plans.

Responsibilities

  • Promote workplace health and safety by identifying and mitigating health risks.
  • Provide first aid and assess workplace injuries; coordinate care with providers.
  • Conduct pre-employment screenings, routine health exams, and drug testing.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, ADA, FMLA, and other workplace health regulations.
  • Support employees with return-to-work programs, workers' compensation claims, and accommodations.
  • Develop wellness programs including stress management, nutrition, and preventive care.
  • Train employees in CPR/First Aid and respond to medical emergencies.
  • Recommend ergonomic workplace modifications to prevent injuries.
  • Provide health-related training on hazards and disease prevention.
  • Collaborate with HR, safety teams, and management to maintain a healthy environment.

Are you passionate about providing top-notch medical care and support in a dynamic work environment? We are seeking a dedicated full time Nurse to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the health and well-being of our employees. 1 nurse 40 hours/week - M-F 6a-2:30p

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Health & Safety: Promote workplace health and safety by identifying and mitigating health risks.
  • Injury & Illness Management: Provide first aid, assess workplace injuries, and coordinate care with healthcare providers.
  • Health Screenings & Assessments: Conduct pre-employment screenings, routine health exams, and drug testing.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to OSHA, ADA, FMLA, and other workplace health regulations.
  • Case Management: Support employees with return-to-work programs, workers' compensation claims, and accommodations.
  • Health Promotion: Develop wellness programs, including stress management, nutrition, and preventive care initiatives.
  • Emergency Response: Train employees in CPR/First Aid and respond to medical emergencies.
  • Ergonomic Assessments: Recommend workplace modifications to prevent injuries.
  • Education & Training: Provide health-related training sessions to employees on topics like workplace hazards and disease prevention.

Qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse with a valid license in Virginia.
  • 2 years of experience inFamily/General/Occupational Health

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
