Job summary

Aviata at Arbor Springs in Ocala, Florida is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The RN will supervise staff and oversee resident care, ensuring compliance with care standards and regulations in a Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation setting.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.

• Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shift, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards.

Job Summary:
