Job summary

Main Street Terrace Care Center in Lancaster, Ohio is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team as a Floor Nurse. You will provide direct nursing care to residents and support daily unit operations.

The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care, collaboration with the healthcare team, and adherence to state/federal regulations. Prior long-term care experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Ohio is required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents per individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed.

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teammates.
• Support STNAs and team members to ensure high-quality care.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN)to join our nursing team. As a Floor Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to our residents and assist in the daily operations of the unit. • Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
• Assist STNAs and other team members as needed to ensure high-quality resident care
• Comply with state and federal regulations, facility policies, and procedures
