Job summary

Imperial Healthcare Center in La Mirada, CA is seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing facility. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and document changes while collaborating with physicians, therapists, and the care team.

Qualified candidates hold a CA RN license, have completed an accredited nursing program, and demonstrate strong clinical and communication skills. Proficiency with our clinical software is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid and current RN license in the state of California.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and documenting changes.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on residents' needs and goals.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure that all documentation and charting is accurate, complete, and up‑to‑date.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
• Educate residents and families about their healthcare needs and treatments.
• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulations governing nursing care in the facility.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility. As an RN, you will be responsible for ensuring that residents' needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice through physician orders, facility policies and procedures, and federal, state, and local guidelines. You will observe, evaluate and gather data, confer with and be directed by the Director of Nursing to meet emotional, physical, and cognitive needs of the patients.

Responsibilities:
