Job summary

Grafton Oaks Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is hiring registered nurses (RNs) to join a supportive team in Dayton, OH. This role offers a caring environment and opportunities to grow within a small, tight-knit facility.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Ohio RN license.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor and document changes in residents’ health status.
• Collaborate with physicians, LPNs, STNAs, and families.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Ensure all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards are followed.
