Altercare Thornville in Thornville, OH is seeking a RN for PRN night shifts. The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and current Ohio RN licensure. The RN will plan, organize, and direct the Nursing Department to ensure the highest standard of care.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state of Ohio required.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.

• Night shift, 12-hour shifts, PRN scheduling available.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop and direct the Nursing Department operations to ensure quality care.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing nursing care.
• Provide leadership and support during night PRN shifts.
• Support new nursing graduates and foster a team-oriented work environment.
