Job description

We need Registered Nurses (RNs) on Day and Night Shifts to join our team at Boone Spring Transitional Care Center and Rehabilitation Care in Union, KY.

RN Pay Rate: $35 to $42 Per Hour (based on RN licensure and experience)
PLUS additional shift differentials for evening and weekend shifts!

Our Registered Nurses Will Be Responsible For:

• Registered Nurse care, such as IV therapy, treatments, med administration, and other clinical needs according to physician’s orders and patient plan of care
• Performing comprehensive patient assessments within the scope of RN practice and responding to changes in patient conditions
• Overseeing the activities of nursing assistants

Registered Nurses Will Need To Have:

• Current Kentucky RN certification
• Strong documentation skills, experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is a plus
• Instructor-led CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
• Solid RN work history with excellent attendance and punctuality
• Ability to respect all members of the healthcare team
• A positive attitude and passion for working with the elderly
• Patience, understanding, and compassion for those requiring our care
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work every other weekend and holidays
