Job summary

Well-Staffed is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee resident care and collaborate with a healthcare team to meet physical, emotional, and social needs. The RN will develop and implement care plans, monitor conditions, and coordinate with physicians to provide high-quality care.

Requirements: current RN license in New Hampshire, BSN or ADN, CPR certification, strong communication and teamwork, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Job Summary

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to the physician and other healthcare providers.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, including LNAs, MNAs, LPNs, and therapists.
• Provide emotional support to residents and their families.
• Educate residents and their families about their care plans and health conditions.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of care provided.

Requirements

• Must have a current RN license in the state of New Hamphire.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing.
