Responsibilities

Our nurses collaborate with CNAs who provide ADL care for residents and work hand in hand with them to provide weights, vitals, skin care, and changes in resident behavior/status information. Nurses participate in clinical assessments and care, admission/discharge detail, medication management, and are part of the Quality Assurance Performance Improvement process to ensure continuous improvement. The orientation program supports newer nurses and educates them to ensure a seamless transition into our electronic medical record system and the field of nursing.
