Cathedral Health Care Center is seeking a dedicatedRegistered Nurse (RN)to provide compassionate care to our residents. As a key member of our nursing team, you will deliver high-quality patient care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure the well-being of those we serve.

Available Shift:

• 6a-6p: Thursday Part Time/PRN
• PRN:Flexible availability for all shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with facility policies and state regulations
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document residents’ conditions, communicating any changes to the healthcare team
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate and support residents and their families on health-related topics

Qualifications:

• Current and validRegistered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
