Job summary

Aviata Health Group in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an RN to supervise staff and oversee resident care in a skilled nursing/rehabilitation setting. This full‑time role requires an active RN license and a commitment to compassionate, compliant care.

Shifts available Day and Night; you will coordinate care with other staff, mentor CNAs, and ensure adherence to facility standards while supporting patient outcomes and quality of life. New grads welcome; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active RN license in the state of Florida.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• Capable of supervising staff and ensuring high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and oversees patient care in accordance with standards of care and applicable state/federal regulations.
• Coordinates resident care with facility personnel and follows established policies.
• Oversees Certified Nursing Assistants during shifts, assigns and distributes work, provides training, and ensures tasks meet facility standards.

Major Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and oversees patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations.
• Follows established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.
• Supervises Certified Nursing Assistants during shift including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.
