Otterbein SeniorLife is seeking skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to direct resident care and collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team. You will support residents, families, and staff with physical and psychological care, treating each resident with dignity and respect.

Join our Partners in Caring mission across our communities, Home Health, Hospice, and office locations, with shifts available PT and PRN.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing program and an active RN license.
• CPR certification required, with recent clinical practice in elder care preferred.
• At least 6 months of direct care nursing experience desired; long-term care experience preferred.

• Communicating a sense of caring, concern, and dignity for elders.
• Recognizing the autonomy and dignity of all elders.
• Placing decision-making in the hands of the elders when appropriate.
• Focusing on providing high-quality service and care.

Responsibilities
