Inverness Rehab in Inverness, IL, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality nursing care to residents and supervise CNAs. The RN coordinates care with other disciplines and ensures compliance with federal and state regulations.

• Complete accident/incident reports and follow-up investigations.
• Be familiar with the care planning process and participate in care conferences.
• Develop and maintain good rapport with all disciplines to ensure resident needs are met.
• Deal tactfully with residents, family, visitors and staff.
• Participate in continuing education programs.

Qualifications

Must have current and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Illinois.

Overview

The primary purpose of the Registered Nurse (RN) is to provide quality nursing care to our residents and to supervise the day-to-day nursing functions performed by the Certified Nursing Assistants. The Registered Nurse (RN) is also responsible to coordinate all aspects of a resident’s care with other disciplines in the facility. Job duties are in accordance with the current Federal and State regulations that govern the facility.
