Arcadia Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, team-based patient care in Illinois. The RN will conduct resident assessments, help develop care plans with a multidisciplinary team, coordinate with the IDT to optimize health outcomes, supervise CNAs, and ensure compliance with IDPH/CMS.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN license
• Long Term Care (LTC) experience preferred
