Job summary

Independence Health and Rehabilitation Center in Independence, OR is seeking a compassionate RN to join our highly collaborative care team across skilled nursing, rehab, and long-term care as patients transition from hospital to home.

You’ll provide direct patient care, develop care plans with an interdisciplinary team, and communicate clearly with patients, families, and colleagues to support safe, effective outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Oregon RN license.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehab or long-term care preferred.
