Job summary

Fundamental is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time night shift position (7pm–7am) in Texas. You will work with the nursing staff to provide high-quality patient care, perform assessments, and coordinate with the care team to ensure optimal outcomes.

The role requires an active RN license, at least 1 year of LTC experience, and reliable transportation. Competitive benefits and a supportive team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN in good standing with the state where practice is required.
• 1+ years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility strongly preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.

Posted Salary Range

USD $40.00 - USD $44.00 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Work under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment
• Deliver nursing care to patients requiring care, collecting patient data, making observations and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients
• Direct and supervise care given by other nursing staff members as needed
