STAT Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to service patients in the North Houston/Humble/Kingswood/Cypress, TX area.

Essential Duties Include

• Supervise patient care
• Coordinate all aspects of patient care; initiate and update the plan of care
• Complete all documentation timely, including Oasis, 485, and order submissions
• Supervise, orient, and teach other clinical personnel as needed
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws, including problem resolution and complaint investigation

Qualifications

• Current Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience as an RN or LPN
• Current CPR Certification
• Compassionate with excellent time management skills
• Reliable transportation for patient visits at residences or facilities
