STAT Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to service patients in the North Houston/Humble/Kingswood/Cypress, TX area.

Essential Duties Include
- Supervise patient care
- Coordinate all aspects of patient care; initiate and update the plan of care
- Complete all documentation timely, including Oasis, 485, and order submissions
- Supervise, orient, and teach other clinical personnel as needed
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws, including problem resolution and complaint investigation
Qualifications
- Current Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience as an RN or LPN
- Current CPR Certification
- Compassionate with excellent time management skills
- Reliable transportation for patient visits at residences or facilities
