Job summary

STAT Home Health is seeking a Full-Time On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high‑quality home health care in the Houston, TX area. The RN will visit patients at their homes, manage on-call responsibilities, and collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care.

Qualified candidates hold an active Texas RN license with CPR, have hospice/home health experience, are comfortable with EMR, and can drive 50–70 miles for patient visits.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Texas (TX) and CPR certification.
• Availability to work weekends and participate in 7 days on / 7 days off call rotation (4:30 pm–8:00 am).
• Experience with Home Health or Hospice and EMR systems is required.
• Strong time management skills and compassionate patient care are essential.
• Must be comfortable driving 50–70 miles for patient visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide RN home health visits to patients at their residences.
• Participate in the 7/7 on-call rotation (evenings) and coordinate urgent needs.
• Collaborate with care teams and document care in EMR as required.
