Job summary

Highland Springs Post Acute is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our long-term care team in Highland Springs, VA.

We offer pay ranging from $40 to $48 per hour, plus Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401K, PTO, wellness programs, FSA, EAP and daily pay. Shifts include 7:00am–3:00pm, 3:00pm–11:00pm and 11:00pm–7:00am, with shift differentials. New grads are welcome and receive training.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license.
• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required.
• New grads welcome; training and orientation provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to long-term care residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with care standards.
