You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support residents' well-being.

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents for changes in condition and respond to medical needs.
• Perform wound care, catheter care, IV therapy, and dressing changes as needed.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and the care team.
• Document assessments, medications, treatments, and vital signs accurately.
• Provide education and support to residents and families regarding ongoing care.
• Participate in care planning and discharge planning as appropriate.
• Promote a positive, compassionate, and resident-centered environment.

What You'll Do

• Perform treatments and procedures within your scope of practice, including wound care, catheter care, IV therapy, and dressing changes as needed.

• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.

• Accurately document assessments, medications, treatments, vital signs, and other required care.

• Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding ongoing care.

• Participate in care planning and discharge planning as appropriate.

• Promote a positive, compassionate, and resident-centered environment.
