Job summary

ClearSky Rehabilitation Hospital of Rockwall, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide hospital-level care in a post-acute setting. You will manage IV therapy, wound care, tracheostomy care, mobility assistance, and the oversight of lines, tubes, and drains as part of a skilled interdisciplinary team.

This 12-hour shift role offers 3 shifts per week with rotating weekends/holidays, competitive pay, shift differentials, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Texas required.
• CPR certification required; ACLS/BLS preferred.
• Minimum 1+ year RN experience in acute care encouraged.
• CRRN preferred when available.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hospital-level, patient-centered care in rehab setting.
• Administer IV therapy, wound care, and tracheostomy care.
• Support mobility, monitor lines, tubes and drains.
• Collaborate with PT/OT/ST, physicians, and case managers.

Our facility delivers hospital-level services that are comparable to those provided on a medical-surgical unit.
