Care Options for Kids is seeking registered nurses to support Monmouth County School Districts in a pediatric home health setting. The RN will float across districts, providing one-on-one care for pediatric patients with high acuity in home environments.

The role emphasizes autonomy, continuity of care, and clinical support. This per diem position offers flexible hours and opportunities for ongoing training and advancement.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey RN License or Multistate License.
• Physical within three years.
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF).
• Valid BLS CPR card (in-person).
• Valid driver''s license.
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train.

Responsibilities

• Float between Monmouth County school districts to cover absences, sick days, and time off.
• Provide dedicated, one-on-one pediatric home health care.
• Support families and use clinical judgment to deliver focused nursing in the home.

Job description

We are currently seeking Registered Nurses (RNs)to support the Monmouth CountySchool District.

Float between various school districts within Monmouth County. Providing coverage for school nurses during absences, sick days, and time off. Per diem schedule with flexible hours ranging from 8 to 40 hours per week.
