Job summary

Care Options for Kids is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver focused, one-on-one pediatric home health care. In this role you’ll provide skilled nursing at the patient’s home, using your clinical judgement and maintaining continuity of care.

You’ll work with high-acuity pediatric patients, with support from a dedicated clinical team, while enjoying autonomy, steady schedules, and opportunities for training.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey RN License or Multistate License.
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF).
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person).
• Valid driver's license.
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Provide focused, one-on-one pediatric home health care.
• Assess and monitor high-acuity pediatric patients in the home.
• Follow physician orders and care plans for each patient.
• Document care and communicate clearly with families to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain infection control and PPE per guidelines.
