Job summary

Langley Post Acute in Virginia is seeking a licensed RN for part-time shifts with Daily Pay and an hourly rate of $35.50–$40.00. The facility emphasizes compassionate, resident-centered care and adherence to core values of Passion, Respect and Excellence.

The RN will deliver skilled clinical care, monitor resident conditions, and follow individualized care plans to support dignity, health and well-being in a 70-bed sub-acute and long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in VA.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per the physician's plan of treatment and written care plans.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per the plan of care.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with physician orders and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated resident care.
• Ensure infection control and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN)

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN)

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of VA.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
