Agape Care Group is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our hospice team in Greenwood, SC. You will evaluate patients, develop care plans, and coordinate with families and the care team to ensure compassionate, quality care. This role serves as a key driver for collaborative, patient-centered treatment.

Qualifications

• Heart for caring for patients and families

Essential Functions

Qualifications

• A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse (compact/multi‑state license required)
• Experience: 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience required)
• Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively
