Job summary

Agape Care Group in Wichita, KS is seeking a Registered Nurse to evaluate patients, develop care plans, and coordinate with families and the care team to ensure compassionate, quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse.
• 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred).
• Reliable transportation and ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create care plans in coordination with the patient, family, and care team.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and the care team to ensure understanding and alignment.
• Drive the care team to ensure every patient receives quality, compassionate care.
