Job summary

ACG Hospice in South Carolina seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, patient-centered hospice care. You will assess patients, develop care plans, and collaborate with families and the care team to ensure comfort and dignity at every stage of illness.

You will join a supportive leadership group and have access to professional development and advancement opportunities within the Agape Care Group family.

Qualifications

• Heart to serve patients and families.
• 2+ years nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred).
• Current state license as a registered nurse.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions

Qualifications

• A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse
• Experience: 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred)
• Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.
