Job summary

Acclaim Rehabilitation and Care Center in Jersey City, New Jersey is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team and deliver outstanding resident care in a compassionate setting.

As an RN, you will provide hands-on nursing, coordinate with doctors and families, monitor residents’ wellbeing, administer medications, promote safety, and support CNAs to maintain a supportive, professional environment for our residents.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in New Jersey.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Dedication to compassionate, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on nursing care aligned with individualized care plans.
• Coordinate with doctors, interdisciplinary team members, and families for optimal outcomes.
• Monitor residents’ wellbeing; document changes and respond appropriately.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and efficiently.
• Promote a safe environment with infection control and safety procedures.
