Resident-Focused Care: Administer medications, treatments, and supplies with compassion and attention to detail.
Individualized Care Plans: Tailor care to meet each resident’s unique health needs, ensuring optimal outcomes.
Clinical Expertise: Perform wound care, treatments, and procedures to maintain residents’ health and comfort.
Accurate Documentation: Maintain precise medical records, ensuring accurate observations, treatments, and evaluations.
Confidentiality: Uphold patient privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards.
Valid LPN License in the state of New Jersey.
Previous Experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred, but not required. We welcome dedicated professionals eager to learn.
