Veritas Skilled Nursing Management in Grand Junction, CO, seeks dedicated Nursing Staff to provide excellent patient care. The position offers flexibility with full-time or PRN night and evening shifts available.

Shift Availability: Full time or PRN (as needed); night shift (6pm-6am) or evening shift (2pm-10pm) openings available

Job Description

The primary purpose of the Nursing Staff is to provide excellent patient care in compliance with State/Federal Regulations and Company policy.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee all areas of the patients medical needs on a daily basis
• Work in collaboration with patient, physician, family members, care team and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care and treatment for the patient
• RN-pass meds, provide treatment, assess for changes in conditions
• Answer call lights, assist patient with ADLs
• Responsible for timely and accurate charting

Qualifications

• Must be knowledgeable of HIPAA compliance and requirements, and have the ability to maintain highly confidential information.
