Job summary

The Center at Foresight is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a skilled nursing facility in Grand Junction, Colorado. This role requires a current RN license and CPR certification, with preferred experience in a SNF setting.

Shifts include night 6pm-6am or evening 2pm-10pm, full-time or PRN as needed. Competitive hourly wages and benefits accompany this position in a state‑of‑the‑art, hotel-like environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current and valid RN license.
• Must possess a current and valid CPR certification.
• 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.

• Collaborate with patient, physician, family, care team and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care and treatment.
• RN: pass meds, provide treatment, assess for changes in conditions.
• Answer call lights, assist patient with ADLs.
• Responsible for timely and accurate charting.

The primary purpose of the Nursing Staff is to provide excellent patient care in compliance with State/Federal Regulations and Company policy.

QualificationsEducation, licensure, certifications, and experience

• Must possess a current and valid Registered Nurse license.
• Must possess a current and valid CPR certification.
• Must pass a pre‑employment background check and drug test.
• 1 year’s experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.

• Must possess the ability to tactfully work with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public.
• Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents.
• Must be able to relate information concerning a resident’s condition.
• Must be knowledgeable of HIPAA compliance and requirements, and have the ability to maintain highly confidential information.
• Must not pose a direct threat to the health and safety of other individuals in the workplace.
