Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners in Grand Junction, CO seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled, in-home nursing to patients, delivering one-on-one, patient-centered care directly in patients' homes with a nurse-led team focused on dignity and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in CO.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings.

Overview

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will make a meaningful impact by delivering skilled and compassionate, one-on-one, patient centered care directly in patients' homes. Compensation

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.
