Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled in-home nursing care for patients in Tennessee. You will work one-on-one with patients in their homes, supported by a nurse-led team focused on dignity and outcomes.

Responsibilities include developing care plans, documenting care and observations, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams. A TN RN license, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license are required; home health experience is preferred but not
