Job summary

The Jewish Home for Rehabilitation and Nursing in New Jersey is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for full-time, part-time, and per-diem roles. Shifts include 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, and 11:00 PM–7:00 AM with PRN options.

The position offers an all-inclusive hourly range of $40.00–$44.00 based on experience and incentives. You will deliver skilled clinical care, monitor residents, adhere to care plans, and document accurately while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a 150-bed

Qualifications

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in New Jersey.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.
