Aviata at St. Cloud in St. Cloud, FL is seeking a qualified Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. You will supervise staff, coordinate with healthcare professionals, and deliver compassionate, person-centered patient care in a skilled nursing setting.

This role includes overseeing CNAs during shifts, ensuring adherence to standards and policies, and contributing to a supportive, family-like team environment with opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• Must be compassionate and dedicated to a job well done.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice, and applicable state/federal regulations.
• Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) during shift, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
