Job summary

Aviata Health Group at Aviata at South Daytona, FL, is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise staff, oversee resident care, and ensure high-quality care in a Skilled Nursing setting.

You will join a compassionate team focused on patient-centered care, clinical excellence, and a welcoming, home-like environment for residents, families, and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Florida or eligible to practice in FL.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• Compassionate and dedicated to high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards and regulations.
• Coordinate resident care with facility personnel and follow policies.
• Supervise CNAs during shift, assign work, and train new staff.
• Other duties as assigned.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Aviata at South Daytona, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while advancing your skills and experience. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN to join our team in a part-time capacity. As a member of our care team, you will supervise staff, oversee patient care, and ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care and attention.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations
• Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shift, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred
• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done
