Job summary

Faulkton Senior Living is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Faulkton, SD. Our nurses promote residents' physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being and collaborate with the care team to uphold high-quality standards.

Starting pay is $30/hr with increases based on experience; a $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time roles. Shifts are 12 hours (6a–6p and 6p–6a) with every-other-weekend/holiday rotation and mileage reimbursement for dual-location staff.

Qualifications

• Must hold current Registered Nurse (RN) license with applicable state, without restrictions, or Compact Nursing License.
• Knowledgeable of nursing practices and procedures and applicable state laws and guidelines.
• Demonstrates leadership ability while promoting cooperation with team members.
• Capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care per individual care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents and respond to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure resident well-being.

JOB HIGHLIGHTS:

Starting pay $30/hr, increases depending on experience

$5,000 sign-on bonus (full-time)

Full-time and part-time

12-hour shifts (6a - 6p) and (6p - 6pa)

Every other weekend/holiday rotation

Ability to work in Aberdeen and Faulkton (mileage reimbursement available for those working at both locations)

JOB SUMMARY:

As a Registered Nurse, you positively and directly impact the lives of others by assisting in the administration of quality nursing care for the community. Registered Nurses cater to residents' individual care plans through the practice of recognized nursing techniques, procedures, and established standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:
